Most fitness classes focus only on physical health, but Exercise with Purpose will focus on renewing your entire mind, body, and spirit! In these one hour sessions you will learn techniques to strengthen, tone, and relax your body while renewing your mind and spirit. This class incorporates scripture, stretching, strength-training, and Pilates for a full body workout. The class ends with a time of relaxation and prayer.
* Classes are appropriate for ages preteen to adult
* Males & females welcome
* All fitness levels welcome
* Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a towel or exercise mat

Enjoy private or semi-private Christan Yoga, Pilates, or combination classes in the comfort and privacy of your own home! Each class is designed to fit your personal weight-loss, stress-reducing, or other fitness/health goals. Private lessons are typically one hour a week. Classes include a personal fitness plan and  tips for healthy living and eating. Class ends with a relaxation and prayer time. Perfect for singles, couples, those wanting to begin a fitness plan, or those wanting to take their physical and spiritual health to the next level!

Mom And Me Fun Fitness!!
 Have fun bonding with your children while modeling the importance of exercise and a healthy lifestyle! In this high energy class,  we'll learn fun exercises and poses that will strengthen our bodies, improve focus, and reduce stress. Weekly scriptures will be included on  topics such as healthy eating and living, improving self control, etc. Class is appropriate for ages 3 and up.

Come experience Pre-natal Yoga in a clean, peaceful, Christian atmosphere! Build a stronger bond with your unborn baby while preparing your body for labor and delivery. Class sizes are limited so you can receive the undivided attention you deserve during this very special time!

Learn poses and breathing techniques to prepare your mind and body for a joyous and peaceful birthing experience while developing a stronger bond with your unborn child. My encouraging and positive teaching style allows moms of all ages and fitness levels to experience Prenatal Yoga in a comfortable environment.

Post-Partum/Infant Mommy and Me Yoga
Build a stronger bond with your new baby while getting your body back in shape! Focus will be on breathing techniques and strengthening, and toning your core (abs)! Class will end with a quiet relaxation time for you and your child including infant massage techniques!
Class is appropriate for babies until crawling.
